Trama: In un giorno di pioggia, Samon si ripara davanti ad un negozio di fiori. Qui incontra Koito, la figlia della proprietaria, che frequenta la sua stessa scuola, ma ha un anno in meno. A causa di alcune false voci, Samon viene isolato dai suoi compagni di classe ed un giorno, in preda alla rabbia, se la prende senza alcun motivo con Koito. Ma subito se ne pente. Il giorno del diploma Samon in preda ai rimorsi cerca di rimediare e prende da parte la ragazza. Inaspettatamente lei gli dona il suo diario e lui, in cambio le regala il secondo bottone della sua divisa. Giunto a casa, legge il diario e si commuove alle belle parole che Koito ha per lui. Il tempo passa e anche lei riesce ad entrare nella stessa scuola superiore di Samon. Per il ragazzo è arrivata l’occasione di farsi perdonare.
