Hi everyone,
We would like you to know that we read each of your complaints daily and try to solve them according, including the bad translation, and would like everyone to understand a few facts about the situation:
I/ Fact about manga source and managing:
As automatic upload is the primary method to keep such a vast library updated, we sometimes have to accept that quality control sometimes is complex and solving problems based on users' reports is the only way. we don't have the resource to look into each chapter before uploading them for 100% of the manga.
II/ How are we dealing with imperfect translation?
The method is simple, we follow the following set of questions:
1. Is it that bad to the point of unacceptable?
yes, then
2. is there any better version out there?
yes, then we will update this manga source from now on
no, then
3. Can we find a manual uploader for this manga?
With this flow, we should have the best translation version on the site already, but there are a few twists about this:
- We only check the one that multiple readers are complaining about, ticking "admin should know about this" -> we can't just check because 1 or 2 person does not like the translation that much.
- There is a better version out there, and we can get our hands on it. OR someone is willing to be the uploader of that manga. -> Sometimes bad translations are the only version out there; maybe in the future, but we don't have our translation team currently.
III/ WHAT DO YOU DO ABOUT THE BAD TRANSLATION YOU FOUND?
1. Don't complain. Just let us know in the comment about the situation and wait, and know that we will look into it. Cant be fast, but we will.
2. Let us know if "you know" there is a better version, and we will try to find it.
3. You can always be an uploader yourself and help other users. Tbh, there are no perks for uploaders atm, aside from receiving praise and thank you from everyone, but we will look into this in the future -> in the end, this site is a place where everyone contributes and has fun.
I hope this will help everyone know what to do from now on and help our team improves the site for our users :)

BJ Alex's sudden removal from Kaliscan was my first clue that something was amiss, and that other popular comics might be at risk. It was a comic beloved by many. I'm talking millions of readers. How could the admins remove it and leave the lackluster comics untouched? It doesn't add up

Ok now MULTIPLE SERIES ARE GETTING SNAPPED OUT OF EXISTENCE at first it was Solo Leveling Ragnarok but now it's multiple ones
I give up of this website, the mods clearly gave up on it since now we can't even find the discussion tab unless we TRULY try to find it as if they don't want to get more reports and now they keep having more and more problems with the website.
It was a fun ride while it lasted but enough is enough this was the last straw

What's wrong with the uploads of these new manhwas updates where we get the notification that we got a new chapter but later on they disappeared from the inbox but THEY STILL SHOW UP IN THE NOTIFICATION TAB AS NOT READ EVEN IF YOU HAVE READ EVERY NEW CHAPTER AVAILABLE?
Like once in a while is fine but now I have 27 notifications of new chapters but when I go to see what's new it's less than 10 new chapters to read, this has happened a lot of times
Idk how this site updates chapters but this needs to get fix asap... idk if this is just a ME problem but this allowed to send pics I would show you that this is the truth for me

it feels lonely to use kali/manhua without having a comment section. the comment section and reviews made the experience of reading 10x better. should we just make the discussion board our new comment section?

okay, I remember reading it on batoto ik I should be finding it on batoto but idc, so the bot got into a accident and forgot everything and somehow he thought that he's best friend is he's husband or that's how I remember it? And the bsf can't tell the bot cause it's too much too handle (according to the doctor) so he just let it slide blah blah. PLSS I AM DESPERATE IM NOT SURE WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT, LITERALLY IM NOT SURE WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT THERE'S A CHANCE that the two of them got is literally husband and husband (or smth) and got divorce but the bot got into a accident and forgot everything and now he thought there's still together but it is not. i took a break about five to six months ago from this site so i only found out now that the comment sections are gone. can someone fill me in on how long this has been going on? any news from the people behind this site? i missed the community here. i missed interacting with other readers, giving and taking recommendations, reading reactions on certain chapters, sigh. did you all move on to a different site already? or just reading here and accepting that you can't comment stuff anymore?

Ever since kaliscan removed comments it felt so empty and lost my motivation to go any further on this app 😭I love hearing other people's opinions and them ranting on characters idk I feel lonely that I gotta go to other websites farewell kaliscan I'll be back until u add comments agian (which will probably not happen)

Yoo i left for a couple of months and this website is in shamblessssss! Wdym chapters are missing from a lot of manhwas, wdymmmm I can't read my pookies comments or reply to them. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW IF THE STORY IS EVEN GOOD.
At least my bookmarks are still there.
i hope yall able to fix this :( legit been using this website for almost 4 years I think

Idk if this is only for me but from a while ago I've been deleting excessive chapters from my notification list as in if I get a bunch load of chapters from the manhwa I just remove the ones in excess and leave behind the one I'm going to click to binge the rest but for some reason, now I have a few pages that are complete blank, with nothing inside them and while the 🔔 bell says (atm) 86 chapters that I have yet to read, while counting them I have less than 20 "manhwas/chapters" to catch up to.
So I'm wondering if I'm the only one that has this problem...
I would show you guys a sc of how it looks like but it seems with the commenting section of this site doesn't allow us to do exactly that and if it does idk how, anyway yeah just wondering if that's only a me problem or not
