The main character - Kokonose Touru - is a school girl who can not find her real self at home or at school. It is only when she is touched by a man that she can only feel "alive". A dangerous relationship with a strange man who is lost in the night city begins but how will it end?

16-year old Saji has nothing better to do than fantasize about beautiful young women all day. But he has his heart set on winning the affections of the school's headturner, Koizumi Akira. Problem is, the said girl won't even give him the time of the day. Ordinarily this would put off the typical admirer from further pursuing a fruitless endeavor, but for someone like Saji, a disconcerting cold shoulder is no trouble at all.

Hajime leads an unremarkable life as an undertaker, but he likes his job and has no reason to complain. Nor can he complain of being always called "onii-san" by one of the top star actresses in the country, Kid? Kotone, a childhood friend. Their relationship has always had a touch of awkwardness due to the parents of both having died violent deaths, but nothing could have prepared Hajime - or Japan - to the deed Kotone decides to perpetrate seemingly out of the blue.

Kondou Takeshi is a new rookie police officer who now works to capture criminals of all different kind working together with Miki and all the other police officers which seem to be all women.
