Jeong Yigon, CEO of Seongso Group, has absolutely no desire to become the future chairman. Helltham is a crime-ridden city ruled by the Golden Bite Family, whose boss dies in a mysterious accident. When Seven, the family's degenerate third-in-command, is named as a promising candidate for the next boss, he plans to use his power to live it up even more. However, he gets stabbed in the back by his long-time partner, Felix, who turns out to be a spy working with the city's only law enforcement agency. Felix then offers him two choices at gunpoint: either work with him to take down the Golden Bite Family or sleep with the fishes.
