Faes, the first people of the Lighting World, disappeared some centuries ago after they were hunted by those hungry for the power they were never meant to yield. Their disappearance from the world changed only one thing, the rest of the world could no longer find the Lighting Tree that gives them life. Man felt no loss, but sought out more power, endlessly. However, the light they cannot wield begets darkness they wish to use, unleashing a deadly virus in the Empire of Echerus, the largest and only empire of man.
