What she stumbles upon is a rumor about a condition called "Love Sick Girl Syndrome", said to only affect teenage girls. The symptoms seem completely unreal, like something straight out of a manga... She thought it was just a made-up story, but when a certain worry triggers strange changes in her body, they begin to resemble the symptoms described in that very rumor.
